Thank you so much for visiting the PNW Paint Night website and this page! I am very excited to share my passion with you so let me first tell you a bit more about myself, where my art stems from and what drives the paint brush!

I have always been a bit artistic; growing up I sketched and doodled a lot. I'm a Coach/Personal Trainer and former athlete who loves pop culture, anime, and an array of other "Nerdom". In 2019 when I tragically lost my brother, I found it hard to focus any passion into anything I enjoyed. My brother was my greatest fan and biggest supporter; he had encouraged me with everything I was good at in life, from martial arts to the arts themselves.

Not long after his passing, I was invited to a paint night event and something sparked inside me like nothing had before. It had seemed as if I discovered a new talent, or at least awakened an old one! Within just a few months, I was being commissioned for paintings as I honed my art. In 6 months time, I landed a gig in an actual studio, teaching classes!

With the pandemic/Covid shutting down events and studios,

I utilized the time off to build my dream and welcome a new opportunity in starting my own business. As a single father raising an Autistic young man, I want to do what I can to show him he can "be his own man". My son has often appeared at events, gladly lending a hand and learning the value of work.

Our adventures have led us to a new road in which we will be uprooting from our native home of the PNW and putting us in the Midwest. So though this is the end of PNW Paint Night-- this is not the end of our journey! We will re-brand in the Midwest and continue to share and bless people with Theo's gift for creativity!

 

Wherever I am in the coming future, I plan to continue helping "discover your creativity"!
